Donations and plaque reservations are separate
A charitable donation does not purchase or guarantee a veteran plaque, establish eligibility, or affect plaque placement. The planned $600 plaque program uses a separate application, eligibility review, approval, and invoicing process. Plaque payments are not charitable donations.
